Crap! I’ve forgotten what I asked!
Let’s go with something like why is so-called Apocrypha and Pseudepigrapha called just that. Who decided this and when and what authority did they claim. Some evidence on when was Genesis written, I believe there is consensus that it was written while the Hebrews were in exile in Babylon. A couple of key links is good enough.
