You should all give this article a read. Keep in mind, of course, that this is from the same people who gave you an article about why the terrorists in Iraq were unstoppable the day before the Iraqi elections, and who were responsible for dead Afghans from riots in South Asia after releasing a story about flushed Qurans that then couldn't be substantiated and was retracted.

Anyway, give it a read. Looks like a positive article, which is getting somewhat rare these days, particularly from a mainstream source like Newsweek.
