Liberia Strikes Again

If you ask me, Liberia has come a long way since this little incident. They used to be ruled by a brutal dictator; as you can see from the picture in that first link, now they just have to put up with visits from a washed up has-been failure of a man who enables brutal dictators elsewhere in Africa. That's progress, I tell you what.
