Fly Report: 22nd September 2009

Good morning. When I was a young boy, my mama said to me: "There's only one girl in the world for you, but she probably lives in Tahiti."

It's 14° Centigrade and rainy with wind in Kirkwall. In Cody, the forecast calls for a high of 70° Fahrenheit with sunshine.

A barrel of oil is trading at $69.66. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is at 9778.86. The exchange rate is $1.62 for £1, or £0.61 for $1.

Today's Astronomy Picture of the Day is basically unrelated to astronomy. The picture at the Orkneyjar Photoblog is not new.

Today's scripture reading is Psalm 126 and 127. The Fly is currently reading The Royal Marines: From Sea Soldiers to a Special Force by Julian Thompson and Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis.

Consecutive days without CCG: 334

I've got a submarine, you've got gasoline, I don't wanna talk about wars between nations.
