I've been busy the last couple of days with trying to make this week fantastic. Having spent one week sick, and the next week catching up after having been sick, today is my first physical training week after a big lull. I swam Monday, and did push-ups and sit-ups. Last night, I went for a swim and did some stretching, in addition to some Arabic study and some cooking. I'm eager to make up for lost time. Have a great Tuesday, and check back tomorrow.
