Forgotten Endeavours

My guess is that this happens more than space scientists would like to admit, but it's still horrible, and can probably be chalked up to ESA incompetence.

What an absolute shame to have what probably amounts to your life's work fizzle out into nothing, all on account of a mistake or oversight.
