Another Computer Lab Crazy
I have a ten page final due yesterday. Unstarted. I'm supposed to be done with the Quran by tomorrow at 1100. Doubtful, but we'll see. I may end up attempting to pull an all nighter. I've not done one of those since I was twelve years old. Bring on the hot tea... I wonder if the hippy coffee place across Campus Street is going to be open all night. This could end up getting rough.
Anyway. So I came into the lab this morning to find another lunatic. This one looked normal, but he was camped between two computers (there's an open spot between some of the computers in the lab) and he was studying. In the computer lab? Yes, gentle reader. When I asked him which computer he was on (as both had blank screens, meaning they'd not been used in the past few minutes) he said that he wasn't on a computer.
So you've come to the computer lab to study without using a computer? Strange.
I'm in the lab again after having had lunch with Adam, whose Drosophilic code name still has yet to emerge. Maybe I could call him Sandal Man, but I probably won't. Maybe.
There's also a rather attractive young lady diagonally adjacent (sort of) to me. She appears semi-tall (but shorter than me, of course) with a delightful sweater on. I'll be honest, I dig girls in the right kind of sweater. I don't know why; I just do.
Anyway, I'll look at the news now. If there's anything important, I'll post it. If there's not, you can go check out Manda's belated answer to a question from last week or Lee's spot on analysis of the latest liberal idiocy to hit the news.
