Solving Another Problem

I have the solution for this problem. First, the guy should be denied lower bail; in fact, he should be denied any bail whatsoever.

Second, if he's convicted, he should be shot in the leg and dragged out into the desert to die. Cruel? Not compared to taking pornographic pictures of your two year old granddaughter.

Unusual? Not if they make it the standard punishment for people who hurt children.
