Just a Thought
I just remembered a very curious description of Joanne Ahladiotis. Apparently some individual, an academic I think, described her as... Oh, what was the phrase he used... Oh, right.
A "little Eichmann"? Is anyone familiar with this story?
That's right, folks. Joanne Ahladiotis is one of three thousand people referred to as "little Eichmanns" by Ward Churchill. I'll be honest, before tonight I looked at Ward Churchill and those of his ilk as misguided idiots. After learning about Joanne, I see him for what he really is, and I'm furious.
The take-away from this post, friends? There are those among us who, in one way or another, support our enemies. It's not a matter of them having forgotten - it's a matter of them being as wilfully ignorant, and unwilling to allow for dissenting viewpoints, as the actual terrorists. The only difference is that they have no actual affiliation with the terrorists themselves.
Be aware.
