The Job Search Continues

So, I posted this a couple of nights ago, but for some reason the post disappeared. Like, it literally disappeared. People like Sarah Canuck and April will be able to tell you that there was a post there, and there was some moron who posted a comment which was really a troll advertisement for his stupid conspiracy theorist blog that claims that 9/11 was caused by the government to give them justification to invade Iraq and Afghanistan. At any rate, the friggin' post disappeared. First I went to edit it, and it wasn't listed on my list of recent posts; and then I made a newer post, and it was gone from the blog itself. Very strange.

At any rate, I'm planning to apply for more positions at SAIC, as well as various other defense contractors. The major issue I'm facing at this point is paradoxical: in order to get the positions that I'd be perfect for, I need an active security clearance; however, in order to get an active security clearance, I need to get one of the positions that I'd be perfect for. It sucks. However, I looked at my profile on the Boeing jobs website, and apparently I'm under consideration for three administrative jobs, one of which requires me to be able to get a security clearance, but doesn't require one to start. My ticket? We'll see.

More as it develops.
