When American Laws Fail

Tell me, folks: is there any reason whatsoever why this man shouldn't be castrated, without anesthetic and with a rusty, dull knife, and then left to bleed to death in the desert?

Hear me now and believe me later, American capital punishment should be completely and totally expanded to include rapists and child molesters. This man should have been summarily executed a long time ago, and I place sole blame for the American legal system's inability to properly punish this monster squarely on the shoulders of groups like the ACLU, and the rest of their ultra-left goon squads who try to blur the lines between right and wrong.
