Death at Disney
Have you heard about this?
My thoughts? Well, there are a lot of rides, even at the normally benign Epcot Center, that aren't appropriate for children. Apparently the kid met the height requirement; big deal. He was four years old. I specifically remember when my family went to Disney World when I was seven, which would have made my brother about five years old (I think we most likely went for Spring Break). There were rides that my mother and I went on alone because my brother, aged four or five, wasn't old enough (and because my dad didn't want to go on any wild rides).
Bottom line, I doubt the kid should have been on the ride, and I blame the kid's mother, not Disney. You don't take a four year old on a ride that simulates a rocket takeoff.
