Downward Spiralling on a Tuesday Night

Dad and I went to Capital City to make the final selection on our puppy, and arranged for the breeder to train him. His name will be Jack, per my father's (solo) selection, and we'll bring him home for a few months around the beginning of November. Highlight of my day, I tell you what.

Tomorrow I'll try to accomplish a couple of things, mainly things that haven't gotten accomplished all week. This will include (probably) awarding Harley for his winning (and sole) submission for the TDG contest, particularly if Jake doesn't take the opportunity to finish up his submission. You have been warned.
